PORT ORANGE, Fla. (November 25, 2008) - Thompson Pump and Manufacturing Co., Inc., a full-service provider of high quality portable pumps, pumping equipment and engineering expertise, announces the appointment of Service Pump & Supply as regional sales, rental, and service representatives for the Thompson Pump product portfolio in all of West Virginia, and parts of Kentucky, Pennsylvania, and Ohio.

Service Pump & Supply is a full-service pump supply company based in Huntington, WV with locations in Danville, WV; Hazard, KY; and Washington, PA. The 28-year-old business employs 70 people.

In its efforts to bring first class quality service to the market this strategic partnership compliments and enhances Service Pump & Supply’s line of products and allows for increased market penetration of Thompson pumps. SPS offers turn-key pump installation and service with pick-up and delivery capabilities, field service technicians, and all types of pump troubleshooting and repairs.

Thompson Pump has many diverse lines of high quality pumps, available in sizes from 2 to 18 inches.
